I purchased these for my daughter who is learning to self feed. Unfortunately it took a LONG time for the spoon to change colors when the food was too hot. I tested it afterwards and had to run it for a while under scalding hot water. Other than that they are durable and shaped perfectly to help her keep the food on the spoon. I love that these come in a 6 pack because she walks all over the house with them so I tend to lose them each day. They are also small so the child can't really choke on the amount of food they get from it. I received this item at a discounted price in return for an honest and unbiased review.
