This is a review for the Kindle book Weight Watchers cookbook. I received this item in return for an honest unbiased review. I could tell you that for me personally, I can't stick to a diet because I'm a "carboholic". The thing I love most about this book is that it's filled with 94 pages of not only recipes but information on how to stay healthy and stick to your diet. The breakfast recipes in this book are ones that would normally derail my diet, but in this cookbook, they just make them into healthy alternatives. I appreciate that this book also give me the point values so I don't have to calculate anything. Again, the recipes are ones that you would normally go out to a restaurant for or cheat on your  diet with a high caloric option, but in here, you can eat those foods and just make some healthier substitutes.
